👋 Afternoon Anders,

This week's Merchant Talk includes the latest acquisition news from the builders' merchant sector and why Unite union workers are threatening strike action over a pay increase.

We've also got the most up to date information from construction leaders regrading labour supply. As it stands, problems could last for up to two years with drivers, welders and bricklayers being added to Shortage Occupation List.

If you have any feedback, we'd love to hear from you.

Have a good weekend.

Thanks
